We are looking for a Senior Associate, Workforces & Events to lead and execute initiatives that drive employee engagement and create an inspiring, inclusive workplace experience—both online and offline. You will be responsible for managing the company-wide social calendar, planning and delivering engagement events (virtual and in-person), and supporting workplace design initiatives that enhance collaboration and well-being across our regional offices.

This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and passionate about building strong workplace culture and experiences at scale.

What you will do: 

Employee Engagement & Event Management

  • Plan and execute both offline and online employee engagement activities including celebrations, campaigns, and wellness or cultural initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage the regional employee social calendar, ensuring activities are aligned with business rhythms and local office culture.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver engaging and meaningful experiences.

Workplace Experience & Design

  • Collaborate with Operations and Facilities teams to shape workplace design and layout that promote collaboration, comfort, and productivity.
  • Drive initiatives to improve office ambiance and create inclusive, functional workspaces across offices.

Vendor, Budget & Logistics Management

  • Manage event and experience budgets efficiently, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and end-to-end execution logistics.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect employee feedback post-events or initiatives to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Suggest new formats or platforms to engage remote and hybrid teams more effectively.

Requirements

 

  • Hands-on experience in event management, workplace experience, employee engagement, or a similar function.
  • Ability to manage and execute both physical and virtual events across different countries.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Demonstrates creativity, ownership, and agility in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across teams and locations.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, etc.) is required.
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects independently.
