Job Description
What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!
Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live our values every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a remote-first company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
We’re looking for a RevOps Manager to join our GTM Operations team. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving operational puzzles, and wants to grow a career at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and systems. You'll support the day-to-day and strategic needs of our Revenue teams — helping us scale faster, smarter, and with clarity.
This is a great opportunity to build full-stack RevOps skills: you’ll get hands-on experience with planning, reporting, systems design, and cross-functional problem solving, all while working closely with senior operators across the business.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Own the Deal Desk process, ensuring efficient quote creation and approvals while influencing deal strategy and driving consistent pricing outcomes
- Support forecasting and pipeline analytics by maintaining key dashboards, uncovering trends, and partnering with Sales, CS, and Finance to inform strategic decisions
- Contribute to territory design and account assignment logic to ensure operational scalability and support GTM alignment
- Partner with sales leaders to establish a predictable business rhythm and bring clarity to performance metrics and strategic levers
- Collaborate with Business Systems to evolve our RevOps tooling, including exploring how AI can drive automation and GTM leverage
- Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and integrated tools (e.g., routing, enrichment, attribution), proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Operate cross-functionally with Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance to reduce friction and drive execution across the full revenue lifecycle
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 5-8 years in experience with 2+ years in Revenue/Ops, BizOps, SalesOps, or another analytical business support role at a high-growth SaaS company
- Advanced analytical ability in Excel/GSheets (e.g., pivot tables, data modeling, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, cleanup techniques)
- Proficiency with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, LeanData, and Apollo (or comparable tech stack)
- Strong project ownership mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, self-prioritization, and iterating through complexity
- Confident communication skills and a bias for clarity, collaboration, and problem-solving across functions
Bonus Points
- Experience with quota/assignment workflows and CPQ
- Experience building dashboards in SFDC/Clari and a BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with sales engagement or enrichment tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo)
What You'll Learn
- How to operate across the full go-to-market funnel in a high-growth SaaS environment
- How to scale GTM systems and processes through automation and thoughtful design
- How to translate business goals into operational execution and tooling
- How to work across a RevOps function — from strategic planning to day-to-day enablement
Base Compensation of $145,000 - $170,000
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
- A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
- It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
- Time to recharge - Unlimited PTO and paid sabbatical
- A remote-first mindset and culture (really!)
- Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
- 100% employee/75% for dependents coverage for all benefits
- Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
- Annual development allowance
- And much more...
