Get to Know the Role
Your job as a AM Lead will have two central focuses. The first will be to support our local sales team in making favorite local merchants available for delivery. The second will be to grow and train the team to ensure that sales goals are exceeded. This is an onsite role based in Dumai. You will be reporting to the Merchant Partner Assistant Manager. This role will be on a 1-year contract basis.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Leading for AME Dumai and Duri Area (Kab Bengkalis)
- Monitoring all team execute the OKRs
- Build good relationship to Big Brands
- Deal partnership to principle (Food or Non Food) to collaboration New Campaign
