As a member of Grab for Business, you'll be part of a team that simplifies business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries, and related services for companies across Southeast Asia.

Grab for Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that engages with top companies and brands across Southeast Asia. We'd like to to grow our key account management and are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager to grow an expanding portfolio of top regional multinational enterprise and conglomerate clients.

Get to Know the Role

You'll manage a portfolio of regional companies, using data-backed insights to achieve revenue goals, and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll report to the Regional Manager - Regional Key Accounts, Grab for Business.

This is an onsite role and is based at our Singapore's One-North Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will grow relationships with regional multinational enterprise clients. Use client and industry insights to pitch and cross-sell our platform products to meet revenue targets.
  • You will prospect for new business, create opportunities, and track performance against sales targets.
  • You will work with partners to meet consumer needs and performance goals; while maintaining connections with clients and understand their needs to resolve issues and identify upselling opportunities.
  • You will use Salesforce CRM to lead account-specific growth strategies and present data-driven insights to achieve revenue goals.
  • You will create business plans that grow client performance and work on new projects and launches
