Get to know the role
We're in search of a Senior Account Management to handle and develop our relationships with high-tier food merchants in GrabFood vertical. You will have sales expertise, ability to present ideas cohesively and have knowledge on food delivery products. This role is a golden opportunity to shape the future of our food delivery services. This is a fixed-term contract role to based in Makassar. You will be reporting to the manager and the role will be based working from Makassar office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
- Improve business growth by managing relationships with high-tier food merchants, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Design implement sales strategies to retain existing merchants and win new ones in a competitive market landscape.
- Develop tailored communications to provide updates, address any concerns of the merchants, and promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality service to merchants.
- Provide insightful advice to merchants based on a thoughtful understanding of the food delivery industry trends, our products, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
