As a Associate Account Manager at Grab, you will handle different aspects of account management, crafting business proposals and roadmaps to grow brands on our platform. Your role involves project management with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution and the achievement of company KPIs. You will also be instrumental in driving our Grab Marketing Solution strategy.
You will report to GrabMart Commercial Manager and this role will be worked hybrid in Ho Chi Minh city.

Key responsibilities include maintaining partner satisfaction, analyzing performance data to improve outcomes, providing support and advice on optimizing the GrabMart platform, and coordinating with internal teams like marketing and logistics to ensure partners receive necessary assistance
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage a portfolio of existing GrabMart accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and expand GrabMart's presence in the market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth.
