You will be part of an exciting team which is responsible for growing and managing the accounts of Enterprise Key Merchants for GrabFood Malaysia.
Get to Know the Role
- You will be managing a portfolio of F&B Enterprise Key Accounts with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability/revenue.
- You will be responsible for the pitching of marketing campaigns and selling of new products/programmes to existing and new merchants to drive growth.
- You will be assisting in elements of business identification, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy. You will be reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Merchants, GrabFood Malaysia. This role based in Petaling Jaya and working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise merchant accounts, ensuring delivery of solutions and services.
- You will plan and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
- You will collaborate with teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- You will conduct regular business reviews with enterprise merchants to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
- You will identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise merchant accounts, developing and implementing corrective actions as needed.
