Grab's Digital & Performance Marketing Team consists of digital experts and passionate marketers. They lead both traditional and strategic dynamic device buying channels to grow market reach and re-engage users. They use internal user operation levers and traffic management products to enhance user acquisition efficiency and increase channel efficiency.
Get to Know the Role
You will be part of Grab's Performance Marketing Team, responsible for optimizing and automating channel operations. Reporting to the Marketing Head, your main responsibilities include managing paid channels, implementing go-to-market strategies, and applying different measurement systems to refine audience targeting and improve channel efficiency for all business verticals in Malaysia market. You'll also focus on A/B testing and data-driven improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop media investment guidelines for campaigns.
This role is based onsite at Grab Petaling Jaya Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage paid channels to support platform MAU and user growth for All Grab verticals.
- Lead channel integration and progress with Product/Tech/Analytics teams.
- Analyse channel performance to set strategies and improve landing pages and ad content.
- Perform heavy A/B testing to improve channel CTR and conversions.
- Collaborate with user growth, branding, commercial, campaign, and other departments.
- Develop and implement media investment guidelines for marketing campaigns.
- Create a data-led approach across paid and non-paid channels.
- Track performance and provide optimization recommendations.
- Deliver post-campaign analysis and create internal materials for regional knowledge building.
