Get to Know the Team
GrabMart Fulfillment and Ops: will oversee GrabMart's fulfillment and operational efficiency. This role is critical in supporting GrabMart's growth targets by ensuring basics, improving quality and reliability through fulfillment rate, inventory management, backend configurations, and ad hoc ops projects.

You will report directly to the Manager, Deliveries. You will be based onsite at our Exquadra Tower, Ortigas office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Fulfillment Operations: own GrabMart's end-to-end fulfillment process; work with Marketplace, Commercial, and Tech to achieve improvements on fulfillment metrics
- Inventory Management: Work with MEX teams to monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability; review assortment on platform and set up process for regular SKU cleanup
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment and operations, and report on performance metrics
- Special Projects: pilot ops projects that would unlock larger and more orders for the platform
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and other vendors to ensure seamless operations
