Job Description
Role Overview:
The Senior IT & Infrastructure role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure and support systems. This includes overseeing ticket resolution, project delivery, access management, security operations, and infrastructure audits. The candidate will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that all technical support and infrastructure projects align with the company's operational goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:

Developing & managing IT Infrastructure, including but not limited to network, server, database, internet, CCTV, office access, and IT security

Managing end-user accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Atlassian, Confluence)

Handling asset management for the Indonesia and Singapore office (IT inventory list)

Managing IT-related needs for employee onboarding & offboarding
-
Handling vendor management (ISP, Laptop, etc.)

Preparing for ISO 27001
-
Project delivery, from proposal until go live
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant major

Having 3-6 years of experience in handling IT infrastructure, IT operations,s and support

Excellent at managing big data and Excel formulas.

Self-initiative, hands-on problem solver, and result-driven

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

Experience in ISO 27001 preparation would be an advantage

Ability to deal effectively with all levels within organization as well as with external parties

Data-driven is a must
