This is a fixed-term, part-time engagement with an estimated end date of December 31, 2025

 

Role Overview
The UX Research Consultant is responsible for delivering expert research consultations to Premier customers. This will involve employing deep UX research subject matter expertise to conduct empowering Premier consultations with customers.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver exceptional value to customers through Power Session consultations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques
  • Enable other UT teams to successfully leverage Premier with their customers

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with a variety of user-centered research methods
  • Ability to synthesize customer consultation requests, demonstrate subject-matter expertise, and provide meaningful research guidance and feedback
  • Self-directed with excellent time management skills
  • Experience with the UserTesting platform is a big plus
  • Experience providing consultative services in a customer-facing capacity is a big plus

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in behavioral science or closely related discipline. These fields may include but are not limited to  Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Interface Design, or Computer Science.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a UX Researcher, Analyst, or similar role in a professional environment.
