Veriff is hiring a Trilingual English, Portuguese and Spanish speaking Account Manager - LATAM  for our LATAM Sales Team with a focus on growing revenue with global clients within the Central American and South American regions.  As an Account Manager - LATAM you will be the primary point of contact for your customers and will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and customer success.  You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to ensure that clients get the most out of Veriff. We're looking for someone with a strong ability to build relationships, while understanding needs and providing solutions. This position will play a central role in maximizing relationships with our key strategic clients.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

  • Ensuring growth and product utilization within our customer base
  • Identifying new use cases and opportunities to add value with customers
  • Understanding customer integrations, and technical set up, ensuring each setup is optimized for each customer use case
  • Working with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback from the field and represent the customer perspective with the goal of developing a more robust and innovative core product
  • Developing trust relationships with our customers
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serving as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
  • Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:  

  • 1+ years of account management experience within the SaaS industry
  • Previous experience supporting global clients particularly within Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and the LATAM region.
  • ​​Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Previous experience working in Central America and South American regions and a good understanding of the regulatory requirements within markets/territories
  • Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention
  • Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
  • Knowledge and understanding of the the regulatory and compliance landscape within the LATAM region around KYC and IDV
  • Highly organized and a skilled multitasker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Highly developed interpersonal and client-facing skills

You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:  

  • Previous experience as a CSM/AM within the IDV/IDVaaS industry
  • Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Previously worked for a global scale-up/startup
  • Previous experience managing key, enterprise clients within the SaaS industry
