We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to lead the FP&A field in our company
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full P&L of the company and act as the point of contact, control, and follow-up on key finance activities and KPIs.
- Annual budget plan and control.
- Conduct analysis to compare actual results with forecast and budget.
- Work with various departments to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct various ad-hoc analysis to support decision making processes.
- Optimize FP&A processes with automozation and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
- Analyze financial data and create reports for management.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate effectively to enable data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience as a FP&A Analyst from global companies with high-growth.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment.
- English proficiency.
- Proficient with Excel, g-suitegoogle sheets.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great-to-Have:
- Experience with cloud activity monitoring.
- Familiarity with the blockchain industry.
- Knowledge in Priority systems.
