👋 Stage 1: 30-minute Recruiter Interview
We'll dive into your professional background and experience, share more about SpryPoint and the role, and answer any burning questions you might have.
👥 Stage 2: 45-minute Hiring Manager Interview
with Tiffany Miller, Sr. Marketing Manager
In this interview, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your experience and insights with Tiffany. She’ll be eager to learn more about how your background aligns with the Sales Development Representative role.
🧑💻 Stage 3: Case Study Presentation Prep & 1-hour Interview
In this stage, you’ll prepare a presentation on your approach to sales development, covering how you manage your time, track prospects, and stay on top of follow-ups. You’ll present this to key team members during the first 15 minutes. Afterward, we’ll dive into your background and experience, giving you the opportunity to highlight your collaborative skills and how you fit with our teamwork-driven culture.
💬 Stage 4: 30-minute Refresher with Tiffany (optional)
We know you might have some questions for Tiffany or want to revisit a few topics from your previous conversation. This stage is optional, but Tiffany is excited to help and answer any questions that have come up since you last spoke!
🚀 Stage 5: References/Offer
We'll check your references to confirm all the great things we've learned about you. If all goes well, we’ll be thrilled to extend an offer and welcome you to the team!
