Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing People team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and is passionate about creating a seamless candidate experience while also contributing to a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture in our new Denver office.
This position will be based out of our Denver office. Candidates must be available to start work by 8 a.m. local time (10 a.m. EST).
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
Support job postings, candidates communications, and feedback collection
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes
Office Management and Culture
Serve as a point of contact for office-related needs Denver, including supplies, vendors, and facilities related coordination
Help plan and execute in-office events, team building activities and culture initiatives
Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including partnership with People Operations team and IT
Foster a welcoming and inclusive office environment
General People Operations Support
Assist with ad hoc projects across the People team
Help maintain internal documentation and process guides
Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR or office management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus
Passion for people, culture and creating great experiences
This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.
Salary Range
$20 - $35 USD
