The time has come for us to take the way we approach talent intelligence to the next level. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract strong talent, ensuring that Preply continues to raise the bar on the quality and diversity of its leadership.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the research and engagement strategy for global tech & business teams, typically at Director and above.
- Building and executing sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent across all key areas of the business.
- Driving research strategy, candidate identification, engagement, and talent management for high-profile searches.
- Conducting preliminary phone screens to qualify and assess sourced candidates on basic KPIs.
- Assisting with capturing candidate notes in the ATS, preparing assessments and briefing candidates & hiring teams.
- Creating job specifications, scorecards, and other supporting documentation in collaboration with the TA Lead.
- Tracking all aspects of a search and reporting findings upon closing to update the ATS.
- Bringing efficiency, creativity & tech innovation to searches and applying processes to ensure the highest quality at every step.
- Lending subject matter expertise related to market mapping to elevate search results.
What you need to succeed:
- 1+ years experience in executive sourcing, executive search, or retained search
- Proven experience delivering on Director+ searches across different markets
- Strong stakeholder management skills; you speka the language of People, Product and Business
- High fluency in talent mapping, competitor intelligence and market research
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and familiar with CRMs like Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem or similar
- Excellent written communication and outreach strategy skills
- High level of business curiosity
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities
- Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for talent strategy and storytelling
