About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic AI Solutions Executive to drive the launch of our groundbreaking Agentic AI platform for recruiting, revolutionary product that enables high-volume Agentic AI interviews to capture top candidates and accelerate time-to-fill. This cutting-edge solution empowers businesses to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, delivering unmatched efficiency and precision in building high-performing teams. In this high-impact role, you’ll sell to existing strategic and enterprise customers while hunting for net-new prospects across all segments in the West US region. As a key member of our elite Tiger Team, you’ll collaborate with existing Account Executives to maximize revenue, partnering seamlessly to revolutionize recruiting and shape the future of HR technology.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Charge: Sell our transformative Agentic AI platform to C-suite and HR leaders, demonstrating how it automates complex recruiting tasks—like predictive candidate matching and bias-free decision-making—to deliver superior talent outcomes.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Account Executives to amplify revenue in the East US, aligning on shared goals to deliver tailored AI-driven recruiting solutions across existing strategic/enterprise accounts and net-new prospects, from SMBs to Fortune 500s.
- Shape the Market: Work with product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies, positioning our Agentic AI as the must-have solution for modern recruiting.
- Close Big Deals: Drive complex, high-value sales cycles, delivering solutions that align with clients’ talent acquisition and business goals.
- Be a Trailblazer: Represent our brand at industry events, webinars, and executive briefings, establishing yourself as a thought leader in AI-driven recruiting innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Excellence: 5+ years of B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR tech or recruiting solutions, with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas in strategic/enterprise accounts.
- Hunter Mentality: Passion for prospecting and closing net-new business, combined with the ability to deepen relationships with existing clients.
- AI & Recruiting Enthusiast: Strong interest in AI and HR technologies, with the ability to articulate the value of Agentic AI in transforming recruiting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic Thinker: Comfort navigating complex sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders (e.g., CHROs, CTOs), and crafting compelling business cases.

*Please note this role is categorized as hybrid based out of our New York office. The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role is also eligible for commissions, and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location.
