OMS Business Analyst
Serves as Application Owner for all Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) related technology solutions;
Owns project deliverables for the MAO application domain, overseeing implementations, configurations, and integrations of related technology solutions;
Provides daily operational support to the business teams for ongoing requests or issues;
Collaborates with other IT Application and related Business Owners to ensure technology solutions align with the company’s operational goals and business needs;
Manages OMS configurations and processes including but not limited to Order Management and Customer Service programs;
Support Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) during the design process, gathering and documenting business requirements, technical requirements, data mapping, system setups and configurations, plan and execute regression, integration testing, cutover, go live and post-go live activities;
Independently manage small application enhancement projects through SDLC;
Analyze level of effort (LOE) and vendor cost for project deliverables and change requests;
Submit and present change requests to the Change Authority Board (CAB);
Schedule and facilitate meetings with business stakeholders;
Work with application vendor to coordinate scheduled system maintenances, updates and patches;
and Provide end user documentations and training of system modifications and business process changes.
This is a hybrid position with work in office and from home permitting some telecommuting within a reasonable commuting distance from Austin, TX.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Applied Computer Science, or closely related field plus 5 years of experience.
Experience must include: 5 years of experience as a general business analyst, including performance of QA processes, integrations, and data mapping; 5 years of experience working within an OMS system, including retail environment; 5 years of experience using Postman; 3 years of experience in data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding; 3 years of project management of solutions implementation; 3 years of experience using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies; the above-listed experience can be acquired concurrently.
