Position: Data Analyst - 1099 Contract
The Data Analyst will be part of the Monogram Health Analytics organization consisting of actuarial, underwriting, reporting, and medical economics team members. This team is focused on building a high-performance organization that is responsible for all financial, operational, and quality reporting for Monogram Health and its clients, as well as driving analytics discussions in support of our large growth initiatives.
This position will play a crucial role in working closely with operational and strategic stakeholders to help accomplish day to day engineering tasks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop requirements for capabilities that support the company's mission of delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to polychronic members.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Help accomplish day to day engineering tasks.
- Build, maintain manual data input and file transfer processes.
- Assist in documenting tasks for the engineering team.
- Assist in testing, validation of analytical development.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
- SQL Knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce and Athena and related reporting a plus.
