Job Description: Administrative Assistant


We are looking for a highly experienced, energetic, hyper-organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to handle a wide array of administrative tasks.  


Roles and Responsibilities  

  • Provide calendar management for executives, including scheduling meetings, sending reminders, prioritizing appointments, and assisting with last-minute changes. 

  • Draft emails, letters, and other business communications as needed. 

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions. 

  • Assist with booking travel, building itineraries, tracking expenses, and maintaining travel documentation. 

  • Process expense reports for executives and select team members; work with accounting to ensure timely reimbursements. 

  • Help track and manage subscriptions, renewals, and memberships. 

  • Support various administrative tasks and occasional special projects as assigned.  


Position Requirements  

  • Brentwood, TN Location 

  • At least 4 years administrative support experience, executive level preferred  

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.  

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to demonstrate high attention to detail.  

  • Confidence to function in a role that requires a high degree of flexibility with the ability to independently interpret policies and solve non-routine, complex issues under minimal supervision.  

  • Utilizing your strong interpersonal skills, you easily build relationships with investors, staff, business associates, and board members.  

  • Regularly handle confidential information with utmost discretion and confidentiality  

  • Ability to be flexible and available as needed throughout the workday.  

  • Self-starting, critical problem solver who can switch priorities at a moment’s notice with minimal or no direction.  

  • Ability to present a positive and respectful front in all situations.  

  • Desire to work in entrepreneurial environment and be committed to our mission.  

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; advanced Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills  

  • Experience with technologies such as Expensify, Zoho, video conference systems, and Zoom.
