Team Overview
The Panel Coordinator is a self-motivated professional who facilitates a variety of business functions within a fast-paced and respectful professional environment. This position assists MMIT’s Panel Management team to build out a panel of respondents for market research activities. The Panel Coordinator works closely with the panel team and Market Research and Advisory Services teams, but also functions independently with little supervision for some activities. The position reports to the Manager, Market Research Panel.
Position Description
Market Research Panel Recruitment (50%)
Prospect and build a Market Research panel of managed care and/or integrated delivery network advisors via outbound calling, email communications, LinkedIn and other direct marketing methods
Qualify all leads, assess them as appropriate, and drive leads through via the appropriate communication with potential advisor.
Follow up appropriately to close the loop on new advisors and confirm continuing participation
Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in database, producing regular activity reports as requested
Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives for building market research panels
Market Research Panel Management (50%)
Recruit advisors from market research panel for syndicated and custom market research projects
Correspond via phone and/or e-mail with advisors and clients as necessary to confirm or gather information
Assist advisors with questions regarding participation in market research activities including questions around honoraria payments
Process honoraria payments and bonuses for market research activities
Assist the panel coordinators with any day-to-day administrative support, as required

Work successfully with all members of MMIT (Managed Markets Insight & Technology) staff

• Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in seeking answers and overcoming obstacles
Achieve a high level of satisfaction supporting the Panel Management team, completing all tasks effectively, efficiently, accurately, and on time

Intermediate to advanced skill level in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Location: Remote (India)
Travel Requirements: Minimal overnight travel.
