Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership with high-quality, analytical insights to identify improvement opportunities across product, marketing and operations
- Optimize internal systems and workflows, improve team efficiency and collaboration across departments
- Build comprehensive knowledge of our product positioning, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners on critical projects
- Design and execute initiatives to drive growth, improve customer experience and optimize operations, in line with long-term company objectives
- Maintain progress oversight on important initiatives through consistent follow-up, status reporting, and priority management across teams
Requirements
- 2-5 years in top-tier consulting and/or fast-paced tech companies
- Strong entrepreneurial approach with ownership mentality, proactive thinking, and personal accountability.
- Ability to identify potential issues and address them before they impact operations
- Ability to effectively communicate and create influence across all organizational levels
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
- Strong experience working with data using tools like Looker, Tableau or Mixpanel to generate insights and improve performance
- Advanced analytical capabilities to break down complex challenges, create actionable strategies, and support executive-level data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct management responsibility
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Ability to use Python, SQL
- Experience creating small solutions using LLMs
