About Mentalyc

AI tools for therapists. Our first product is an AI-scribe, which extracts therapy notes directly from a video call (telemedicine), saving up to 30% of therapists' working time. We plan on further expanding into therapy analytics, helping therapists make better decisions.

Job Description

We redesign therapy—and we don’t take no for an answer.

“Impossible” gets us excited. We chase hard problems, missing questions, and truths no one’s cracked. We think big, fight hard, and stare fear in the face.

Mentalyc started in 2021 when analyzing therapy sessions seemed untouchable. Investors passed. We proved them wrong. We grew on revenue, product-market fit, and relentless experimentation.

Today we lead the fast growing AI scribe therapists market. We have millions in revenue from thousands of clients. And we are just getting started.

We’re building a future where therapy is measurable, effective, and radically transformed. We won’t stop until we get there.

What we offer:

  • Visionary Leadership: Ambitious founders dedicated to transforming therapy and reducing global suffering.
  • Meritocratic Autonomy: Full freedom to choose your working style—judged solely by your results.
  • Rapid Career Growth: Exceptional ownership and intellectually stimulating challenges tailored for high performers.
  • Bootstrapped & Profitable: Sustainably successful, revenue-driven growth without investor dependence.
  • Pioneering Innovation: First-ever projects leveraging complex data to redefine the future of mental healthcare.
