Ways of working: Mandate 3 : Onsite - Office / Field: Employees are expected to work from the office on all days out of their respective base locations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and street-smart person to support our Ads monetization team. This role involves research, project execution, documentation, cross-functional collaboration to drive our innovative projects forward.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, Innovation, and Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, customer needs, and monetization landscape to share deep insights.
  • Analyze complex data sets to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Data Analytics
  • Executive Reporting 
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to keep the food leadership team informed on progress.
  • Maintain detailed records of project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., product, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 2-3 years in relevant e-commerce or management consulting firms
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Gsheet, SQL)
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, street-smart approach, and effective stakeholder management.
