Job Description
We’re looking for an exceptional Clinical Sales Specialist to join our Commercial Team, based in Germany, reporting to the Business Manager - Northern Europe. This role will support customers in the implementation of robotic programs from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of a world-class experience and a concierge-style service to those working closely with the system. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert with both clinical and non-clinical hospital staff through the implementation process and will provide ongoing advice and guidance to maximise utilisation of the system and undertake case support and troubleshooting in the O.R. for surgical teams.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maximising the utilisation of installed Versius Surgical Systems
- Become a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures within soft tissue robotic surgery to position yourself as a partner in the development of surgical teams
- Drive utilisation of the Versius system by partnering with the surgical teams in the hospitals
- Lead and manage training of surgical teams
- Responsibly manage administrative tasks within the role
We’d expect you to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Commercial remit that helps the team deliver its objectives.
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:
- Responsible for maximising the utilisation of installed Versius Surgical Systems
- Become a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures within soft tissue robotic surgery to position yourself as a partner in the development of surgical teams
- Drive utilisation of the Versius system by partnering with the surgical teams in the hospitals
- Lead and manage training of surgical teams
- Manage administrative tasks as required
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent
- Full driving licence
- Fluent in German and English
It would also be helpful if you have:
- Experience in introducing new technologies in the market
- Knowledge of laparoscopy/ surgical robotics
- Clinical background/ hospital environment understanding
