After successfully launching tech, life science, and retail verticals, Compa must accelerate its data products business to "feed" current customers the real-time market intelligence they've trusted us to deliver.
We run an anchor tenant strategy, landing the top companies in each vertical:
Amazon (Tech), Johnson & Johnson (Life Sciences), Walmart (Retail)
Then building data networks around them by way of their most valuable peer companies.
Led by enterprise sellers like you, Compa deploys focused content and events to attract these peer companies and serve our top customers.

We’ve closed millions of dollars across the best companies in the world through a mix of cold emailing, customer referrals, event meetups, informal partnerships, and collaboration with our marketing and insights teams.
Every customer meeting contributes to Compa's learning and growth. The faster you figure out how to add more (and perhaps better) meetings, the faster you leave a mark on this company.

This position serves as a unique, ambitious opportunity. You will work side by side with the leadership team to develop foundational verticals, partnerships, and sales assets that will carry Compa through its most impactful and rewarding growth stages.
OTE for this role ranges between $200K - $250K pending experience and breaks down to 50 percent base salary and 50 percent commission. Average deal size equals $65K ARR and fully ramped quota will be between $800K - $1.0MM.
