About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to join our Cloud team under the SIM Management subdivision. The role focuses on supporting bandwidth monitoring, operational analytics, and reporting, while ensuring effective coordination with internal teams and external service providers. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel and data handling skills to support device lifecycle management and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor bandwidth usage across service providers and analyze trends using Excel.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address bandwidth and connectivity issues.

Execute operational processes effectively, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Track the device lifecycle and extract key metrics and reports in Excel.

Monitor the output of automation tools, identify anomalies, and proactively address them.

Automate service provider reporting using Excel VB Macros.

Generate and analyze data reports from Salesforce to support business insights.
Requirements
Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Excel VB Macros – should have worked on multiple automation projects using this skill.

Proficient in Advanced MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries.

Basic understanding of Salesforce for pulling and interpreting data reports.

Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.

Comfortable using various web-based applications and tools.
