What you'll be doing
As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding the development of our payment ecosystem by leading and mentoring engineering teams. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Lead and mentor teams – Manage and support a team of engineers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Drive technical innovation – Guide the development of scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions, ensuring best engineering practices.

Enable cross-functional collaboration – Partner with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects align with business needs and technical requirements.

Ensure high performance – Oversee daily team performance, conduct regular one-on-ones, and provide constructive feedback to help engineers reach their full potential.

Contribute to system architecture – Participate in technical decisions that shape the evolution of our payment platform, ensuring robustness and scalability.

Who we're looking for

Technical expertise – Solid experience in software engineering, with a focus on scalable architectures, microservices, and cloud-based environments (AWS preferred).

Leadership experience – Proven track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Strong communication skills – Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across different levels.

Mentorship mindset – Passion for guiding engineers, sharing knowledge, and supporting career development.
