We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team in Tel Aviv. In this high-impact role, you’ll play a key part in our purchasing processes, helping teams across the organization to evaluate, negotiate, implement and manage vendor contracts.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership and our global vendor community. This is a unique opportunity to step into a dynamic environment and contribute directly to our procurement strategy, all while working with one of the most professional teams in the ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a variety of procurement activities across IL, US, EMEA and AUS.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to optimize costs while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions.
- Generate savings and develop cost-reduction strategies across multiple categories, ranging from marketing and software to facilities and employee wellbeing.
- Review and manage vendor contracts, proposals and renewals.
- Provide procurement guidance, tools and best practices to business teams, ensuring value, efficiency and compliance.
- Track, monitor and report on procurement KPIs, ensuring visibility and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.
Support and resolve P2P issues in collaboration with Legal, Finance (FP&A) and AP teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a global, tech-focused indirect procurement role.
- Strong negotiation, contract management and vendor management skills.
- A strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Team player with a positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
- Experience with NetSuite and Zip – a plus.
