By automating key mortgage calculations and processes, we remove time-intensive tasks and reduce a lender’s compliance risk. Our product automates all consumer notices and the billing & processing of mortgage payments, while also providing borrowers with transparency into the process.

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in mortgage servicing to join our team as a Senior Project Manager focused on Client Implementations. This role blends leadership in product strategy, project execution, and client onboarding—playing a critical part in delivering high-quality solutions to mortgage servicing clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution for client implementations and internal initiatives.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and timelines. Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementations, ensuring client satisfaction and successful go-lives.
• Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable business and functional specifications to guide product design and development teams.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Develop playbooks, checklists, and process improvements for scalable onboarding.

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage servicing technologies.
• Deep understanding of mortgage servicing systems (e.g., MSP, Sagent, TMO, or similar platforms).
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS or fintech environments is a plus.
