Marvin is on a mission to end healthcare worker burnout- once and for all. We’ve partnered with multiple leading hospitals across the country, including Cedars-Sinai and UCLA in Los Angeles, Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, and the Harvard Department of Psychiatry, just to mention a few. Together, we’re delivering a first-of-its-kind mental health platform designed specifically for physicians, nurses, and frontline staff.
We're looking for a driven and compassionate Clinical Services Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll help shape Marvin’s clinical protocols and support systems from the ground up - bringing both structure and innovation to how we care for the people who care for everyone else.

This position is based in the Greater Los Angeles or NYC areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Foster a supportive and engaged clinical culture through initiatives such as a buddy system for new hires and ongoing team-building efforts.

Serve as a backup Psych Assistant for Marvin’s medication management program. Coordinate medical record requests in compliance with relevant regulations and protocols.

Support quality assurance efforts by assisting with routine chart audits. Monitor and follow up on missing progress notes to ensure compliance and continuity of care..

Manage the offboarding process for contracted therapists who resign, ensuring a smooth transition. Assist with caseload clean-up, including chart closures and outreach to therapists regarding inactive clients.

Co-develop and deliver workshops in partnership with team members to support clinical growth and best practices.

Conduct clinical interviews as part of the hiring or case evaluation process.

Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by the clinical leadership team.
Preferred qualifications:

Masters level licensure in good standing with the board

5+ years experience in a mental health/healthcare setting

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in the Google product suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc)

Proven problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to handle ambiguity and to multitask

Ability to improvise, work efficiently, and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic workflow

Experience working with electronic medical records and strong technology skills

Willingness to support multiple departments as it relates to clinical issues

- Salary $60K – $70K • Offers Equity
