Your new Role

Our Customer Service department supports our customers during the full customer journey of selling their car. From finding a suitable date for an on-site evaluation to managing a seamless sale of a financed or leased vehicle. 

As a Customer Service Agent you are the first point of contact for our customers. You guide them through the whole process and prepare them for their appointment at one of our 60 locations in Spain. Together with the team, you focus on customer satisfaction and creating the best possible customer experience. With your friendly and professional approach, you ensure not only great service and happy customers, but also increased numbers of purchased cars. 

What you will do

  • You are responsible for all inbound and outbound customer contact for our Spanish customers and will help them with any questions
  • You will contact customers who’ve booked an appointment to ensure they know what to expect and what to bring
  • You actively work on always improving our customer experience
  • You handle any possible complaints and create the best possible solution

Your Skills

We are looking for you if

  • Your speak, read, and write Spanish at a native level and good English
  • You enjoy providing excellent customer service
  • You are looking for an exciting opportunity 
  • You driven and a self starter
  • You are detail oriented, proactive and and a strong communicator
