Our Cities Account Management team which under the Grabfood Strategy umbrella is dedicated to growing top strategic merchants in 19 cities and optimizing our business operations, ensuring our strategies align with Grab's overall goals and nurture the win-win relationship with merchants. In this team, we foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement to serve our merchants better everyday.
Get to Know the Role
As Associate, Region Manager (BKK), you will oversee the growth of our Cities Account Management team performance in BKK. Your scope will focus on team performance from taking care of the top merchant's portfolio. You will need to ensure that your team members improve their merchant's portfolio, have sales improvement and maintain a great relationship with them.
This role is based onsite in our Bangkok Office. You will report to Team Lead, Cities Expansion and Account Management.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
•Team management: Manage teams of staff that are located in each district to help grow their merchant portfolio and fix merchant problems.
•Insights sharing: Providing a fact base from on-ground insight, identified problem statements to help the business team create a perfect solution.
•Implement product: Launch existing product or campaign with the right merchant to help them grow their business, also implement new product that related to business strategy
•Ensure a well-coordinated execution to fit within business strategy with other important stakeholders.
•Lead project management with your direct report from initiation to closure.
•Work with stakeholders to define goals, success criteria, scope, deliverables, and required resources.
Skills you need
What Essential Skills You Will Need
•Minimum 2 years experience in sales, team management, business development or equivalent role.
•Experience in team performance management with an adaptable mindset.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide win-win solutions for team members.
•Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with multi-function teams.
