Grab Express in Vietnam is a part of our logistics services that focuses on providing fast and reliable delivery solutions. The team is dedicated to ensuring that packages are delivered, whether it's for personal use or our needs. We handle a variety of delivery options, including same-day delivery, which is super convenient for urgent needs. The team is also focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring that both senders and recipients have a smooth experience.
 
Get to Know the Role
 
The role of a Logistics Manager, GrabExpress is dynamic and involves overseeing the entire logistics process to ensure efficient delivery services. Logistics Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that GrabExpress operates smoothly and meets customer expectations.
 
You will report to Head, GrabExpress.
 
You will work onsite at HCM City.
 
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
 
Lead two critical teams for GrabExpress:
 
1) Commercial partners:
 
•Build strategies to acquire new customers and uplift existing business
•Provide the best service with customer-centric approach
•Maintain budget control and performance tracking for commercial partners,
•Develop incentive schemes for sales & account management staff, motivate and inspire team to achieve monthly targets
 
2) Logistics operations
 
•Lead operations team to ensure that all Service level agreements and commitments are achieved
•Monitor competitive landscape and logistics industry trends
•Exemplify and comply with all principles and core values of Grab
•Coordinate with other teams - tech, marketing, operations, and strategy - to propose new product features to accelerate growth
 
Skills you need
 
What Essential Skills You Will Need
 
•Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Economics/Finance/Marketing
•At least 5 years experience in logistic/ FMCG industry with commercial/operation background
Record of overachieving targets
•Passionate and inspiring
•Analytical and thinking
•Great partner management
