Job Description

Position Overview:
Kendra Scott seeks a Media Manager who will be responsible for managing all paid media efforts, including SEM, paid shopping/CSEs, paid social media, display advertising, affiliates, and digital video/CTV. The position requires the ability to develop and execute strategies across all channels to support both customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities are currently in digital marketing strategy but the ideal candidate has experience with other channels (linear, OOH, etc) to build a full funnel media plan.

Responsibilities:
• Actively manage all of Kendra Scott’s advertising channels in partnership with agency
• Deep dive on channel performance and develop recommendations to drive incremental sales
Develop benchmarks and set goals for channel performance (including spend, sales and ROI/ROAS)
• Track performance against goals and report performance to senior leadership
• Build and maintain digital marketing budget that supports the growth goals of the business, with a particular focus on DTC (ecommerce and retail)
• Identify and launch new paid marketing channels to drive sales growth and innovation in media
• Manage tactical elements of programs, including designing tests, sharing key marketing and promotional messages with agencies, requesting creative assets
• Partner with internal teams on segmentation strategy across media channels to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time, through first party data and audience building
• Manage expansion of media attribution
• Partner with ecommerce (including web merch and SEO) for landing page optimization and SEO/SEM improvements

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing for a high-growth company or digital agency
• Retail experience (at brand or agency) preferred
• A proven ability to break down larger initiatives into consumable achievable tasks to achieve departmental and company objectives
• Ability to clearly articulate plans and ensure team is aligned
• A solutions-oriented mentality with a data driven approach and strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented and organized • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing search marketing preferred
• 1+ years of experience managing a marketing budget
• High proficiency Microsoft Excel
• A growth mindset: track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others
 • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships to make effective decisions collaboratively
