The role: Associate Sales Representative
The Associate Sales Representative (Southern California) is responsible for selling the groundbreaking Yomi Robotic Guidance System to new accounts within the Regional Sales Manager's assigned territory. Neocis is looking for candidates that have a strong track record of success in selling Medical Capital equipment. Knowledge of the dental implant market is a plus. The ability to build a sustainable sales funnel, starting with strong prospecting, to ensure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis is critical. Must live in Southern California.

What you'll do:
- Reports directly to Regional Sales Director
- Identify key dental surgeons & institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of Yomi within an assigned sales territory
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Generate leads within a defined territory to support territory Regional Sales Managers
- Establish a targeted cold call strategy and effectively cold call within a defined territory
- Focus sales efforts by targeting ideal customer segments
- Work collaboratively with territory Regional Sales Managers to support business development strategies and priorities
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
- Diligently record activities accurately in CRM system.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
- Effectively use social media to create brand awareness and engage prospects
- Develop knowledge of implant procedures & strong clinical base knowledge of Yomi.
- Always represent the company with integrity

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary representation
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must have the ability to engage and service customers that will drive continued product utilization
- Dental industry knowledge and/or experience preferred
- Robotics experience preferred

- This job operates in a clinical environment.
- This position requires the regular use of the Yomi robot.

Expected Travel
This position requires up to 65% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight, including weekends.

Salary: $70,000 base and $40,000 commission on target earnings
