Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and driven SDR Manager Spanish Market to lead and scale our Spanish market SDR team. You’ll manage a growing team of 10+ SDRs, including a Team Lead, and work closely with Marketing and Operations to align pipeline generation strategies across channels.

What You’ll Do


As SDR Manager for Spain, you will:


Lead and manage a team of 10+ SDRs, including direct management of a Team Lead
Own the full SDR strategy and execution for the Spanish market
Define and optimize KPIs, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and results


Coach the Team Lead and SDRs through 1:1s, feedback sessions, and structured development plans

Align with Marketing and Ops to develop joint campaigns, events and sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)


Ensure smooth collaboration with Account Executives to increase SQL conversion and pipeline quality


Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Ops to deploy tools, trainings, and best practices


Foster a culture of ownership, motivation, and continuous improvement
Report on performance, challenges, and progress to the Sales Director What You Bring


Solid leadership experience in a high-performance SDR or BDR environment
Proven track record managing teams of 6+, ideally with at least one team lead under your scope

Your Profile:


Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-paced tech companies

Strong analytical and operational skills — you think in KPIs and scale
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style


Native-level Spanish and professional English
