About the role
As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing initial support for any technical requests that come through the IT ticketing queue and in our corporate offices. You will also be assisting in SaaS administration and helping with IT compliance initiatives
Location : SF Bay Area, 3-4 days in office/week
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and provide technical assistance and support for incoming IT tickets related to systems, software, and hardware
- Handle IT support at our corporate office
- Assist in the administration of SaaS apps such as Atlassian, Github, G Suite, Slack, and Zoom
- Assist in IT projects for improving
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT in a SaaS based environment
- Bachelor’s in CS/Information Technology or relevant experience
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with JAMF or other MacOS-focused MDM is a plus
- Familiarity with APIs and Okta Workflows is a plus

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
