What you will do:
Administrative Support:
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for key account meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
- Handle correspondence and communication with key clients.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare reports on key account performance and activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Support the Key Account Manager in customer communication and follow-up.
Requirements
Must have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal & written communication skill in English, Malay & Mandarin
Nice to have:
- Be able to converse in local Chinese dialect (Hokkien/ Hakka)
