Our mission is to provide the Modern Explorer with unrivaled access to global experiences with the best availability, price, and quality, driving mutual growth with our experience partners. 

We are looking for a strategic, analytical and action-oriented ‘Lead Strategy & Operations’ to join our dynamic Business Operations & Strategy (Optimization) team and help us to take our experiences to the next level! 

You will have the opportunity to lead global strategic projects and initiatives to optimize our destinations and experience inventory. Your efforts will directly impact our customers, ensuring they have unrivaled access to the world's most popular experiences with the best availability, price, and quality.


You will:

  • Design and execute data-driven strategies to grow our destinations & categories and improve our experience inventory in the areas of availability, price and quality
  • Collaborate closely with the regional Sales teams to leveraging their local knowledge and understanding regional needs, drive execution, impact and business reporting
  • Perform data analyses to identify, prioritize and execute growth opportunities 
  • Manage cross-functional projects with key partners in Product, Marketing and Analytics teams 
  • Create scalable tools and processes to monitor, track and understand the impact of our actions to facilitate data-driven decisions
  • Engage and influence senior level stakeholders (directors, VP’s and C-level executives) across our flywheel


Who you are

  • You have 4+ years of experience in management consulting and/or 6+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy or Marketing in a high performance environment, ideally in a large tech company, marketplace or SaaS company 
  • You are experienced in managing important cross-team projects and getting multiple stakeholders on the same page, creating engagement and efficient processes,
  • You are an action- oriented self-starter with excellent commercial acumen, nothing holds you back from executing on a project with a test and learn mindset
  • You are analytical and excel at breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones
  • You are not intimidated by data, and use it to facilitate your work using tools such as Excel, Looker, Power BI
  • You are able to proactively deal with high ambiguity, and don't need to be told what to do, and how to do it
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You speak and write English fluently (additional languages are always a plus!)
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
