We are looking for a hands-on, driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech roles across geographies.

Role Overview:

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing hiring strategies across departments—from engineering and product to marketing, sales, and operations. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where you will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, and close top talent in both India and the US.

You will play a pivotal role in creating strong pipelines, leveraging recruitment tools and platforms, and driving hiring processes from sourcing to offer closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for India and US roles across Tech (engineering, product, QA) and Non-Tech (marketing, sales, HR, finance, )
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to define hiring needs and role requirements
  • Source actively using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, referrals, and recruitment partners
  • Manage and optimize recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms, job boards, analytics dashboards)
  • Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain real-time reporting on hiring funnel, time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality-of-hire metrics
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social and digital campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience across both India and US markets
  • Strong understanding of hiring for B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven experience recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles
  • Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job portals, email outreach tools)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
