Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive (AE) with 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales to join our dynamic team. As an AE, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
This is a remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative environment through virtual interactions with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:

Identify and target high-potential enterprise and mid-market customers.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.

Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales pipelines.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and demonstrate how ContextQA’s solutions align with their business needs.

Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored demos to key decision-makers, including C-level executives, engineering leaders, and QA managers.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients by maintaining consistent communication and providing valuable insights.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals.
Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of ContextQA’s product offerings, capabilities, and competitive advantages.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position ContextQA as a leader in the test automation space.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and demand generation teams to execute targeted campaigns.

Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of ContextQA’s solutions.

Partner with sales leadership to refine continuously and improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

4-10 years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Strong understanding of test automation, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage effectively and prioritize multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.

Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into business solutions.
Preferred Skills:

Experience selling no-code/low-code platforms or test automation solutions.

Technical knowledge of APIs, test automation frameworks, and cloud technologies.
