🚀 Join us as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist (L.68/99)
Role Overview
As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our product solutions through rigorous manual testing. Collaborating closely with our development team, you will identify, report, and resolve software issues to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Your mission:

Test and Evaluate. test our apps and software features, ensuring they meet our high standards.

Explore New Technologies. Assess new IT products and technologies that could benefit Satispay, identifying potential for implementation.

Diagnose Issues. Skillfully identify and diagnose bugs, contributing to efficient problem resolution.

Collaborate and Document. Work closely with IT and other teams on bug fixes, creating thorough documentation and drafting procedures.
Your ideal profile:

Experience. Previous experience in app testing with a keen eye for detail.

Technical Approach. Strong technical and logical problem-solving skills.

Precision and Detail. Meticulous in execution, with a detail-oriented mindset.

Passion for IT. A genuine interest in IT, curiosity about new technology products, and enthusiasm for manual testing.

Passion and language skills. You are passionate about FinTech or startup environments and fluent in both Italian and English.
