Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively to design and implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage special projects from conception through to execution, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for the executive team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2years of relevant experience in a corporate strategy, consulting, or executive support role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
