Summary
That position is not assigned to a particular squad, will works with different teams to design and deliver 'cross-squad" features, interacting with business engineering and cross-product specialists and remaining cross areas inside the company to scale our products and enable go to new markets.
What you'll do
- Have a deep knowledge and experience with digital wallet services and core payment products to support widely banking money movement.
- Understand user customs, competition landscape and regulation, market insights, consumer pain points and differentiated competition, and establish a viable value proposition and business strategy for digital wallets and payment methods through research and competitive analysis in different markets.
- Manage short-and long-term product planning and prioritization based on user value, business value accordingly with Pismo Strategy.
- Responsible for the product life cycle, from conception, design, development, testing, release and operation.
Identify optimization requirements between business and product baseline. Improve product architecture and design to ensure high scalability, performance and reliability.
- Operate products by targeting regulatory issues, clients feedback, and KPI analysis to continuously improve product solutions.
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams to effectively manage stakeholders and products across multiple markets.
- Leverage expertise in US payment methods, such as card schemes and digital wallets to enhance Pismo’s platform capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory framework changes and competitive landscape to identify and suggest improvements or new positioning of our products globally, mainly LAC and APAC.
- Support in product presentations and capabilities mapping with sales, pre-sales and client teams. Provide technical and business expertise to address customer needs and concerns.
- Design and support the development of cross-team offerings, ensuring product innovations, scalability, and sustainability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years working as a Product Specialist / Product Manager / Product Owner
- Minimum 5 years working with card issuing products in a related market Card processing market, with relevant experience in card functions and knowledge of US payment systems, clearings, and financial industry regulations
- Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of US customers.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Problem solving and Critical thinking.
- (Desireble) Experience working with international teams.
- (Desirable) Experience with Jira and Miro
- (Desirable) SaaS capabilities and Tech Skills
