What will you do?
- Plan and control delivery programs, from annual planning through sprint planning and up to daily tasks.
- Project management: lead key and strategic projects E2E from initiation through execution and rollout to GA.
- Launch management: lead the E2E launch cycle with all internal stakeholders.
- Agile SME: work closely with the delivery squads in their day to day and ceremonies, educate squad leader and product owners
- Manage customer-facing and customer support priorities and tasks.
- Initiate and lead cross functional improvement programs and processes.
- Define and track organizational KPIs, establish the infrastructure needed for their measurement and reflection.
- Establish delivery-operations interfaces: processes, tools, work methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning, maintenance, and monitoring of work plans and budgets.
- Excellent understanding of program/project management practices, techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management and agile methodologies - Software development projects in particular.
- Experience in an international organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical area, B.Sc industrial engineering, and management– preferably.
- English – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
