Job Description

Sense is seeking a Technical Program Manager who is passionate about making an impact at a fast-growing company.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical customer issues and/or requests; communicate and collaborate across CSM, engineering, and product.
  • Partner with Implementation when a deal requires new development, acting as the subject matter expert for your assigned ATS. Maintain weekly checkins with the Implementation team
  • Take the lead on responses on your assigned Slack ATS channel, addressing queries from Sales and Customer Success cross-functionally.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ipaas providers, maintaining weekly check-ins to manage tickets and introduce new features.
  • Triage and assign backlogged data tickets, reviewing them weekly in a presentation deck, and escalate to engineering if necessary.
  • Oversee the completion of the quarterly roadmap and regularly review engineering sprints with the Engineering Manager.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for your ATS and lead efforts to bring new ATS integrations to market.
  • Uncover and manage interdependencies and impacts across projects and teams at planning / scoping; coordinate execution alignment and cross-project issue escalation. Monitor project progress continuously and own execution reporting to keep all team members accountable, and all key stakeholders informed.
  • Recommend portfolio re-prioritization and/or re-sequencing to accommodate delivery project workload in accordance with resource availability and roadmap changes.
  • Manage through influence, often without direct management authority, navigating sometimes divergent expectations.
  • Administer project or program management tool, such as Jira, and create templates to facilitate best practice in organization-wide adoption.
  • Provide thought leadership when addressing technical customer challenges and/or programs execution hurdles.
  • Continuously improve and scale the broader organization
 

Pay Transparency Notice:  The following represents the base salary range for this position: $110,000-$150,000 USD per annum. This position is qualified to earn additional bonus to increase on target earnings, as well as participate in our Stock Options Plan.  Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed below.  Full time offers also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).


Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, related quantitative subject area, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience as customer-facing SaaS project or program manager, proficient with software development lifecycle, Agile versus Waterfall methodologies, and project management frameworks such as the RACI matrix
  • Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, comfortable with basic SQL
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful and/or SOAP APIs, curl Commands, and debugging using 3rd-party tools like Postman
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate extensive interactions internally or externally Worked at a high paced, fast growing, creative tech company
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items; operating independently
  • Familiar with Success Factors, Workday, Greenhouse, ORC, Smart Recruiters API and development
