As a Marketing Operations Associate at Yottaa, you play a crucial role in coordinating the production of marketing content and managing the operational aspects of our marketing automation platform to execute impactful Omni-channel campaigns. We are seeing an organized, motivated, and efficient candidate who thrives in executing campaign-centric marketing plans with agility. This role will report to the Director of Omni-Channel Campaign Management.
Your Role
- Coordinate the end-to-end production process for marketing content, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (including content creators, product marketing, and sales) and external agencies to streamline content creation and distribution workflows.
- Operate and manage marketing automation tools and applications, optimizing them for successful campaign execution across multiple channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist Revenue Operations in managing the marketing technology stack, ensuring optimal integration and functionality of all platforms.
- Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Develop and implement processes and guidelines to improve operational efficiency within the marketing team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiar with Marketing Technology tools such as Salesforce CRM, 6Sense, Gong, etc.
- Experience in data management and segmentation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and ability to implement them effectively.
- Basic HTML knowledge for testing purposes.
- Experience building and maintaining customer journeys within marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
