We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to focus on our TMC vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the corporate travel industry, a customer-centric approach, and a reputation for consistently surpassing quotas. As a motivated self-starter, you'll be responsible for setting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

Candidates located in the Midwest and East Coast USA will be considered for this remote work position.

 

Your Impact:

  • Ongoing management of current strategic TMC partners, while identifying new business and revenue-generating growth opportunities through the promotion of additional Oversee products and optimization opportunities
  • Enable partner deal support, cross-functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials tailored to the corporate partner program managers; showcasing Oversee’s value proposition
  • Partner and communicate with internal stakeholders to drive partner growth and execute  efficient onboarding plans
  • Manage executive-level contacts with key partners and internal management, including QBRs and CEO/COO-level meetings
  • Work with senior leadership to provide opportunity visibility and accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts
  • Develop and write program concepts, proposals, and reports as a part of channel enablement
  • Lead negotiation and contracting with our strategic partners while working closely with Oversee leadership and legal teams
  • Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics, objectives and milestones to quickly drive partner growth and revenue
  • This position reports to the VP of Sales

Requirements

About You:

  • 8+ years of channel sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Zendesk, and Power BI
  • Experience with MEDPICC, Force Management, Challenger and/or Customer Centric selling methodologies.
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • 5+ years of experience working in the corporate travel industry (TMC especially )
  • Demonstrated previous success in increasing revenue through corporate travel channel sales and program management
  • Proven experience initiating sales calls and contacts; pursuing prospects to secure meetings; winning referrals and exploring sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills, playing an active role in discussing and developing solutions with client teams and clients.
  • Experience working with internal and external partners, understanding of legal, procurement and  licensing methods
  • Executive-level communication/presenting skills
  • Familiarity and a strong independent passion to work in the business travel sector and collaborate across cross-functional global teams
