As the Office Manager and Executive Assistant of our new New York office you will be the point person that will make sure everything in the office is running smoothly! You are an operational all-star who thrives on wearing many hats. You love paying attention to the smallest details and thinking about the thoughtful changes that will enhance the office culture.

  • Support our employees and guests with kindness, enthusiasm and urgency.

  • Manage inventory and shipments as needed of office snacks, supplies, and swag.

  • Plan and execute in-office events, including working directly with vendors, setting up the space, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate events & travel for our leaders both onsite in New York and offsite.

  • Manage and distribute mail and own package pickup and delivery.

  • Liaise directly with building management and ensure swift resolution of any office issues.

  • Manage employee rewards & recognition programs (recognizing birthdays, work anniversaries, and other special events in our employees’ lives).

  • Support recruiting and onboarding efforts for candidates and new hires.

Must Haves

  • Excellent  communication skills
  • Calendar management experience

What We Offer:

  • Being part of a mission-driven company that’s truly making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
  • Ability to develop within the company and shape our growth strategy.
  • A human-centric culture with a range of wellness perks and benefits.
  • A competitive compensation package.
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage + 401k program with company match.
  • Generous paid time-off programs.

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $60,000-80,000 range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity
