Synergy Face + Body is a nationally-awarded, top-producing aesthetics company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The company launched its first Charlotte, North Carolina location in 2023 and is seeking a talented, self-starting marketer to lead local sales & marketing efforts for this new location while working closely with the existing marketing team to lead sales and partnerships for the Synergy brand in Charlotte.
Role Location
This role will be located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities will include:
- Partnerships: Identify, secure, and execute partnerships with local organizations and businesses to build awareness and new patient leads within the target patient audience.
- Lead Generation: As an output of the above workstreams and in partnership with other members of the Synergy Face + Body marketing team, generate new patient leads for the Charlotte practice.
- Events: Coordinate and execute on- and off-site events in the Charlotte area.
- Local Content Generation: Capture digital content for social media and other platforms; oversee production and install of location-specific marketing collateral.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador to Synergy across various organizations and events in the Charlotte community.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Four years of professional experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or event management
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- A deep understanding of the Charlotte market and customer
The ideal candidate will be:
- Deeply knowledgeable about the Charlotte market, with the ability to identify and coordinate local marketing opportunities to reach Synergy’s target audience in Charlotte
- A self-starter, capable owning and executing the marketing agenda for the newest Synergy Face + Body location
- Highly collaborative within and beyond the Synergy Face + Body team
Note: This role can be structured as a full- or part-time role.
